Accuro is assisting a client in Charlotte, NC with their search for a Business Systems Analyst. In this role, you will work with one of the most respected energy companies in the country where you will support Customer Web applications initiatives and provide expertise for web project improvements

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical expertise on web technology trends and the impact to stakeholder business strategies
Provide leadership and direction to technology service providers; lead initiatives for web applications
Provide business analysis support for analyzing, designing, developing, testing and implementing application and process enhancements for web applications
Track system performance and utilization measures; perform application quality assurance monitoring
Meet with diverse teams and document web application changes that improve customer operations
Assist in the development of well documented business cases, statistical analysis, cost benefit analysis, and other process analysis as required

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION
Bachelor's degree in
computer
Science, IT, Statistics or related
Demonstrated experience with (BPM) business process modeling
10
years' experience in web business analysis
Web project experience highly preferred
Experience with Quality Center
Experience with Sitecore preferred but not required
