Under moderate supervision, assists in the preparation, development and review sales and marketing materials.
Serves as the primary resource and assist in the preparation, review and development of all sales and marketing presentations.
Coordinates trade show scheduling, advertising coordination, collateral material development, mass marketing, telemarketing, database management and other activities as deemed necessary.
Maintains a marketing customer database; Assists in the preparation of letters, faxes, electronic mail and miscellaneous customer correspondence; coordinates of management information regarding departmental budgets, product promotion, forecasting & revenue projections.
Develops and implements marketing campaigns as appropriate for given products; campaigns may consist of a variety of tactics, including webinars, direct mail, email and others.
Provides expense report and participation accounting for the product marketers.
Assists in the preparation, review and development coordination of all marketing materials.
May serve as the first line telephone support for National Marketing manager. Serve as secondary telephone support for the National Sales Manager and Manager of sales operations as directed.
Works with the product specialists and JHA managers to keep their product presentations current with the proper corporate and product logos.
Serves as a liaison between JHA, our creative agency, and all media. Prepares, manages and delivers to the pertinent media, specifications in support of print, Internet, poster, banner, multimedia, TV, radio, etc. advertising. Assists in the creation of a corporate multimedia presentation.
Handles administrative, customer satisfaction, internal & external communications.
High school diploma or equivalent required. -Bachelor-s degree preferred.
Minimum of 18 months to three years of experience in related field; or
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
Developing professional expertise.- Works on non-complex to moderately complex projects.- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices.
General written and verbal communication, customer relation, and project management skills.
General knowledge of company products and
General knowledge of technical, financial, and banking industry and competitive market environment.
General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Typical office setting with environmentally controlled conditions.
Able to work extended hours as business needs dictate.
Occasional travel may be required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
