Summary:
The Help Desk Analyst demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Active Directory, MS Office 365 and experience with mobile devices (IOS, Android and tablets)
The ideal candidate will possess great communication skills both verbal and written!! They will also possess the desire and drive to grow with the company.

Desired Qualifications:

1-3 years enterprise Help Desk/Customer Service experience preferred
Demonstrated proficiency working with Active Directory
Experience with MS Office 365
Experience with Mobile Devices (Android, IOS, tablets)
Must possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal), customer service skills, organizational skills and problem solving skills while maintaining the highest level of professionalism
Create, follow, and improve upon Standard Operating Procedures
Must be self-motivated and energetic with a sense of urgency


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
