Accuro is searching for a Business Systems Analyst (long-term contract), located in Charlotte, NC, to support initiatives for Customer Web applications and to provide expertise for web project improvement initiatives. Put your experience and talents to work with a leader in the energy industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Track system performance and utilization measures and perform application quality assurance monitoring
Stay abreast with web technology trends and how they impact or benefit stakeholder's business strategies
Serve as the interface to vendors that provide technology
services
Lead initiatives for Web applications
Provide business analysis support for analyzing, designing, developing, testing and implementing application and process enhancements for web applications
Participate and document sessions with diverse teams to come to closure and agreement of changes to web applications for improvements for our internal and external customers
Assist in the development of well documented business cases, statistical analysis, cost benefit analysis, and other process analysis as required

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION
Bachelors degree in
computer
Science, Engineering, Statistics or a combination of equivalent work experience
10
years work experience as a business analyst working with web applications
Experience with Quality Center and Sitecore
Six Sigma exposure highly preferred
Experience in statistical analysis, cost benefit analysis, and other process analysis
Web project experience highly preferred
