Our client is a 20 million dollar privately held company.
Thee need an impact player to drive revenue and manage internal operations for 13 person team. This
is responsible for new office launch in a University location. You will manage all business lines within the defined market: National Accounts, Temporary Staffing, Temp-to-Hire and any specialty skill practices present in the market.
The Area Manager is a business manager responsible for the P&L and growth of a given market. The Area Manager is also responsible for the development of all direct reports.

Manager for any and all directly reporting Administrative Staff, Staffing Specialist, Senior Staffing Specialist, Finance and Account Executives.
- Establishes and fosters an open and communication - intensive relationship with all direct reports, constantly monitoring their career expectations.
- With each direct report, agrees on specific development plans based on both the short and long term.
- Offers skills assessment, skills development and career development advice, guidance and consulting to all direct reports/managers.
- Reviews professional progress and development with direct reports on a regular/standardized basis
- With the help of the Operations Staff holds shared responsibility for the sourcing, screening, hiring and development of talent for their market.
Responsible for top-line revenue growth and P&L operations within defined Market (2+ branches/varies).
Manages all business lines within the defined market: National Accounts, Temporary Staffing, Temp-to-Hire and any specialty skill practices present in the market.
Manages all Operations of the Branches and ensures HR compliance in all aspects of policies and procedures. Training and development of all new staff members.
Works directly with the Recruiting function within the market.
Responsible for the execution of area based strategic recruitment and individual branch recruitment practices. Focus on gearing Recruitment to the local market forces at work.
Focuses on ensuring the quality of service from all operations levels under their span-responsible for ensuring high service levels from all direct reports.
Functions as a ?Talent Scout,? actively sourcing new talent (both internal and external) to join the RNA family.
Key competencies include developing others, a passion for results, strong communication skills, team leadership, and analytical thinking.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
