Will not be doing day to day testing. They will be busy directing and coaching and managing test strategies and vetting estimates.
Additionally, the right candidate must be technical. A development background or degree in SW Engineering/
computer
Science would be a plus. They will be setting test strategies end to end. They need an overarching vision of the entire solution. Understanding the technical solution will help identify the whole solution: What are we testing? How are we testing it?
Coordinating Testing SMEs to create a robust & all encompassing end to end test strategy/approach that could span multiple components.
2 years minimum experience in vetting & approving level of effort estimates. Seek approval & perform resource allocation.
Document the end to end test strategy/approach with timelines, data & environments included.
Lead/mentor & guide testers to meet the strategy/test approach as they create artifacts for the test life cycle, including preparations of test plans and conditions, review requirements, test design, performing tests.
PM experience leading at least five big projects acting as the liaison between the PM & testing team.
Excellent relationship/communication skills since the role will be Business Customer facing as well as internal customers facing with developers, BA & production support.
Life Insurance domain knowledge
Will be responsible for delivering assigned projects from creating the test strategy, the level of effort, resource allocation, coaching the testers to meet the strategy, problem resolution to delivery.
The ability to work under pressure in a fast changing and always growing environment
College Degree at a min, LOMA certification would be an added bonus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
