In this role, you will work with one of the most respected energy companies in the country where you will develop and deliver training materials to support the roll out of a new learning management system (LMS).

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assess & analyze needs to develop new training materials and job aids for instructor led training (ILT)
Recommend revisions to current job aids and ILT material
Develop a train-the-trainer for current Instructors
Collaborate with project team members to develop training materials
REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION
Bachelor's Degree in Training & Development, Education or related field
6-9 years' of experience developing and delivering training materials in a corporate environment
Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Ability to analyze needs and recommend solutions
This long-term contract
