As a member of our team, the Payroll Specialist will be responsible for accurately and efficiently calculating sales commissions and additional payroll responsibilities within the organization.
We are seeking a talented individual with meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING THE ROLE Work closely with Payroll Manager to support the payroll processing cycle.
Assist in calculation of wages, overtime, deductions, bonus and commission.
Excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
Data entry Ad Hoc reporting Verify and track timekeeping data.
WHAT YOU BRING THE PERSON High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Payroll and/or HR experience is preferred.
Commission calculating experience is preferred.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
Work at a fast-pace with sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
