We are looking for someone with a friendly and welcoming phone voice, who is ready to support our customers and help ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answering inbound customer calls Responding to customer emails Processing credit card payments Explaining services to prospective customers Maintaining customer database with accurate customer information and timely data entry Providing resolution and timely follow up with customers Skills and Abilities Computer skills with Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) The ability to learn and apply general knowledge of the company, products, and services The ability to talk and type simultaneously when interacting with customers Accuracy and attention to detail The ability to address complaints and resolve conflict and a professional manner Organizational and time management skills The ability to work independently under general supervision and collaboratively as part of a team Hours Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:
00am to 5:
00pm.
During the peak season, you are required to work one Saturday a month.
Saturday hours are from 8:
00am to 12:
00pm.
Pay Rate Our customer service representatives start at $16.
00/hour.
