com is seeking to hire a Digital Advertising Designer - Paid Media for our client in Indianapolis, IN!Fully Remote Position!Benefits Available!Weekly Pay!Pay Rate - $50-58/hr20-30 hours per week can work either EST or MST hoursJob DescriptionAs a Digital Designer, your primary responsibility will be to work with the Digital Marketing team to design new paid display advertisements for Google & Bing as well as paid social Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedInOther design needs include designing landing pages, email templates, and internal ad hoc requests from the Digital Marketing TeamThe ideal candidate is very versed in designing advertisements for paid initiatives as a primary skill and understands the importance of consistent design iteration necessary to enhance the click-through rates of ads and ad fatigue caused by using the same designs for long periods of time for the same audiences.
You'll be working with a team of highly motivated marketing experimenters and iterators and we're looking for a design candidate that embodies that same mindset and delivers designs on a consistent basis to ensure we have fresh creative with modifications driven by current advertisement creative successed or failuresThis candidate will be advertising through social, working on ads, paid media, and designing templatesWhat You will Bring:
? BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent experience? At least 2 years of experience in an agency or brand side design role, or equivelent, with a focus on high quality iterative advertisement design as your primary focusYou should also have landing page and email design experience - essentially a gamut of digital marketing design experience and understanding.

years' experience using graphics or video software (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Express)? Portfolio of work showcasing your advertisement, landing page, email, and other design capabilities, and be able to answer specific questions on what aspects of campaign designs you've worked on and how you came to your final design conclusions.
? Expertise in usage of branding, style guides, typography, for use in digital marketing is a must.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment with quick turnaround times, and changing priorities.
? Drive to keep up with new trends in design, advertising, social media, digital and pop culture.
? Actively participate in brainstorm sessions and support the digital marketing teams as needed by taking an active role in interpreting the campaign briefs from a design perspective.
? Eager to learn and grow with our team, must take feedback well and operate as a collaborative team-player.
? Must manage time effectively and move quickly to turn around real time design project designs or modifications to new or or existing campaigns.
? Video production and animation skills are a plus.
