In this position you will be a valuable part the Region Human Resources team.
As the Region Human Resources Coordinator you will get to:
Contribute to various Human Resources related projects and processes, working with the Central Region Human Resources team.
Assist in the administration and support of HR Programs and policies.
Pull, run, and manage reports.
Assist in maintaining compliance with all applicable HR-related Local, State and Federal laws and reporting requirements (Poster requirements) Track and respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and managers.
Participate in addressing and managing leaves of absence and employee relations issues.
Coordinate local meetings and training agendas and material.
Assist with developing presentations as necessary in support of initiatives.
Lead and/or participate in team projects.
Support other ad hoc projects within the department as needed and requested.
Report to and work directly with the Human Resource Manager / HR Generalist Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, programs and other people matters Point of contact for all leaves, WC issues in the region - working closely with the HR generalist Assist the HR team with acquisitions.
Other duties and responsibilities as needed.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

years' experience supporting or involvement with HR related functions (e.
g.
, payroll, recruiting, benefits; Leaves of absence, FMLA, STD, LTD, ADA, etc.
) Ability to handle sensitive subject matter with utmost integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
Excellent time management, planning and communication skills.
The ability to exercise initiative and work independently.
We pride ourselves on being initiative-taking and directed! Strong Computer skills in MS Office such as Word, Outlook, Power Point, Excel and other web applications Workday (or other similar HRIS) experience a plus! Occasional travel to sites within the region - 50% Education Requirements High School degree required.
College degree preferred.
