Principal Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Assist US clients in navigating the documentation required for business operations in foreign countries.
- Adapt to constantly changing documentation requirements and thrive in uncertain environments.
- Manage the end-to-end process of document submission, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in each country.
- Provide client-facing support via phone and email, guiding clients through the necessary procedures and requirements.
- Bundle and coordinate document submissions with our global team for processing.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to meet client needs effectively.
- Utilize technical acumen to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a self-starter.
- Strong understanding of business documentation requirements in various international markets.
- Experience in customer service, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients.
- Familiarity with accounting principles is preferred.
- Knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements is advantageous.
- Technical proficiency and the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
- Previous experience in project management or construction-related fields is a plus.
Training and Development:
- Comprehensive training program spanning 2-3 months for each country's documentation requirements.
- Expectation of approximately one year for full productivity and mastery of the role.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
