To learn more, visit .Job DescriptionJOB PURPOSE / SUMMARYDirector, People Analytics will be responsible for developing and executing the People analytics strategy, and leading the design, development, and implementation of data-driven analytics solutions that support the strategic goals of the people function. The Director will oversee an analyst who leverages data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations on talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and workforce planning. The Director will also collaborate with People Leadership across the organization to ensure alignment and integration of people analytics with business objectives and priorities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute a vision and roadmap for people analytics that aligns with the people team's mission, values, and strategy.Lead and manage a team of analysts who deliver high-quality and actionable insights and solutions to human resource and business challenges.Establish and maintain data governance and quality standards for people data and analytics.Partner with People Leadership team to identify and prioritize key analytics projects and initiatives that support strategic decision making and drive business outcomes.Communicate and present complex data and analytics findings and recommendations to senior executives and people stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner that informs actions.Drive a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement within the human resource function and the organization.Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in people analytics.QualificationsKnowledge, skills, and abilities:
Strong knowledge of human resource systems
Proven track record of leading and delivering successful people analytics projects and solutions that drive business impact and value.
Expertise in data analysis, data visualization, data modeling, and data storytelling using various tools and techniques.
Strong knowledge of human resource processes, practices, and metrics.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization.
Strong project management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environment
Strategic and innovative mindset, with the ability to think creatively and critically about human resource and business challenges and opportunities.
Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented, with a passion for data and analytics.Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration, statistics, computer science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in human resource analytics, data science, or related field, with at least 5 years of leadership experience.
Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools, such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
Expertise in HR technology platforms, data sources, and systems integrationRequisition id:
