To $165K.Job Overview Human Resources Manager 32611Our client is seeking a highly-qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the human resources function, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting the company's strategic objectives. The Human Resources Manager will play a crucial role in performance management, employee relations, overall HR strategy, and employee engagement. They will partner with talent acquisition, payroll, and total rewards.
Responsibilities:
Compliance and Legal Stay abreast of labor laws and ensure company policies and practices are in compliance.Manage legal aspects of HR, including but not limited to, employment contracts, terminations, and workplace investigations.Training and Development Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.Collaborate with department heads to create and implement training initiatives that align with organizational goals.Performance Management Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters and contribute to the development of a high-performance culture.Employee Relations Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.Conduct investigations and address employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.HR Strategy Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with overall business objectives.Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on HR-related matters.RequirementsBachelor s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. HR Certification is strongly preferred, not required.Minimum of 3-5 years of managing a team.Thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Additional Job DetailsWorkplace Policy:
