Duties:
- Lead and facilitate interactive games and activities for guests - Provide clear instructions and guidance to players before and during gameplay - Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests - Ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Manage conflicts or issues that may arise during gameplay - Assist with set-up and clean-up of game rooms - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve game experiences Requirements:
- Excellent public speaking and communication skills - Strong hospitality mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional guest services - Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy - Conflict management skills to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Theater or events management experience is a plus - We offer competitive pay rates and provide comprehensive training to ensure your success as a Game Master.
