Business Intelligence Analyst Responsibilities Develop PowerBI Reports including DAX Calculations and visualizations Demonstrate strong proficiency in SQL and Windows-based software, especially Excel Structure large datasets to find usable information Develop reports as needed to organize data in a digestible format Ensure the adequacy of data quality controls around financial reporting and analysis Maintain plan and option databases to ensure accuracy and to optimize job profit Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings Use graphs, charts and other methods to visualize data Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data Provide other duties as assigned Business Intelligence Analyst
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Construction Technology, Business Administration or a combination of 5 years of work experience to include the relevant skills Solution-Oriented and a Creative Problem solver Team player who can get tasks accomplished across teams Interpersonal skills and a positive attitude; understanding of group dynamics Ability to interact with different stakeholders (Operations, Accounting, Sales) Strong SQL, Power Query (M) and DAX (PowerBI) data language skills Analytical skills to problem-solve and find data solutions for reporting needs Advanced Excel skills HTML skills are a plus Knowledge of SalesForce development is a plus Knowledge of Mitek's Kova is a plus Knowledge of Sage 300/Intacct is a plus Knowledge of homebuilding industry process Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening Proper business attire and personal hygiene required to represent company in a professional manner Position will be remote, but must be located in the Southeast US with the ability to travel to Charlotte, NC as needed on a quarterly basis At Eastwood Homes, we know that no one is more vital to our success than our team members.
