We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.
As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing top-quality ABA therapy to individuals of all ages with developmental disabilities.

Requirements Master's Degree in a Human Services or related field, plus certification from the BACB as a Board- Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Must be authorized to work in the United States In-depth knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques of ABA therapy Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and diverse backgrounds Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans Must be willing to travel to clients' homes, schools, and other community settings as needed to provide therapy and support.
Responsibilities Conduct assessments to identify individuals' strengths and areas of need Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and client goals Implement evidence-based interventions using the principles of ABA Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in various settings, such as homes and schools.
Train and supervise other ABA therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Collaborate with clients' families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care Collect and analyze data using Central Reach to measure progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans Benefits Collaboration with the Regional Clinical Director is readily available and individualized BCBA supervision available upon request Opportunity to make your own schedule Mentorship for newer BCBA's and continued Manage a work/life balance with flexible hours Support from our Administrative, Staffing, and Operations Departments.
