As an Administrative Specialist, you will be instrumental in the seamless operation of our dynamic work environment.
As a vital team member, you'll handle various administrative duties.
This is an in-office position.
Key Responsibilities Data Entry and Management Utilize advanced Excel skills for meticulous tracking and updating of call data, licenses, and productivity metrics.
Maintain a strong commitment to ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Customer Service and Communication Draft and edit emails, letters, and other communications with precision.
Assist clients or customers through various communication channels, addressing inquiries and issues with information and support.
Document Preparation Create and format documents and reports, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Proofread and edit content for accuracy and alignment with company standards.
Office Organization and Record Keeping Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring easy document retrieval.
Uphold and organized work area.
Required Skills Strong administrative skills and experience in facilitating daily operations.
Proficiency in Excel for effective tracking and data updating.
Excellent communication skills to foster interaction with internal and external parties.
Industry knowledge and/or licensing in the insurance sector is a plus.
A commitment to delivering high levels of accuracy and compliance in insurance documentation.
Ability to make prompt and accurate decisions in the best interest of team objectives.
Independence and adaptability to work with minimal supervision.
Industry knowledge and/or licensing provide an extra edge for prospective candidates.
Financial - hourly pay and a profit-sharing target of 10% of total compensation.
Profit sharing is based upon the company's financial performance and individual contribution to company success.
