At this time only candidates with dental office experience will be considered) Strong communication skills for greeting patients, answering high-volume phones, and handling patient inquiries A comfort level in obtaining patient payment prior to their treatment; tenacity in verifying insurance and financial information An empathetic and helpful customer service mindset with a willingness to help even the most challenging patients Proactive problem-solving ability, leading by example in a teamwork-oriented environment This full-time position, Monday-Thursday with select Fridays, offers competitive compensation based on experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
