Job Description:
Configure and administer multiple monitoring tools including APM tools (Dynatrace) and Infrastructure monitoring tools, IBM Tivoli Monitoring (ITM) and Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM). Have some proven knowledge of project management. Have some proven knowledge of technical writing. Train IT product delivery teams on proper use of Enterprise Monitoring tools and their capabilities. Assist teams to resolves complex problems spanning multiple applications to help close any monitoring gaps that are discovered. Perform problem tracking, diagnosis and root-cause analysis, troubleshooting and resolution for highly complex issues. 2 to 5 years proven experience with Dynatrace APM tool, ITM or SCOM. Additional experience with other APM tools such as AppDynamics, New Relic or Datadog would be a bonus. Understanding of monitoring cloud environments with Dynatrace including AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform. Proven experience coding in languages such as bash, PowerShell and python.
