Job Description:
The Enterprise Relationship Executive manages a team of Enterprise Relationship Specialists and Enterprise Relationship Associates responsible for delivering cross line of business growth objectives through business integration and the Market President and Local Markets OrganizationThe ERE is responsible for achieving business integration results and driving market share growth through the development and implementation of deepening strategies, analyzing performance data, and providing guidance and support to the specialist organizationThe Enterprise Relationship Executive plays a critical role in leadership decision-making by collaborating with line of business stakeholders on strategic initiatives, problem resolution and execution
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of approximately 19 licensed Enterprise Relationship Specialists and Associates to achieve business integration targets and objectivesProvide training, coaching, and guidance to specialist organization to maximize career development and enhance performanceMonitor and analyze integration data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growthDevelop and implement integration strategies to drive responsible growth and increase market shareCollaborate with Enterprise partners to ensure alignment and support for integration initiativesAnalyze performance against targets and forecasts, provide variance analysis and provide recommendations to senior managementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key divisional and regional stakeholders and partners to drive business development and optimize performancePrepare and present business integration reporting and updates to senior management, LMO Segment leaders, and line of business leadersEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all activities by developing and implementing policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulations and best practicesResponsible for functional activities of the specialists' teams, including hiring, onboarding, compliance, education, private/public side office constraints, technology requirements, OpEx, business continuity plans, global record management, annual program reviews, and business process mapsRequired:
Bachelors degree required At least 10 years' experience in wealth management, business, finance, or a related field FINRA Series 7, 66 & 24 or equivalent ( must be attained within required timeframe) Leadership and team building skills, with the ability to achieve goals and targets Analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail and execution Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, build deep relationships and influence SrLeaders Knowledgeable of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards industry wide and specific to Bank of America requirements as well as FINRA/SEC/OCC regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously Additional locations throughout the US can be considered upon approval Shift:
