Your Role:
As our Human Resources Manager, you will be the driving force behind our team's success.
From recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compliance, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's future.
Your passion for people, coupled with your expertise in HR strategies and practices, will ensure that McIntyre Elder Law remains a top employer of choice in the legal industry.
Key
Responsibilities:
Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations.
Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date.
Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team.
Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
Maintain HR systems and processes.
Conduct performance and salary reviews.
Provide support and guidance to HR staff.
Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
Design and implement employee retention strategies.
Maintain strict confidentiality protocols to safeguard employee records and salary information, ensuring utmost privacy and compliance with confidentiality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Ten Years of Human Resource experience with a proven ability for innovation and leadership.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Proficiency in Google suite and experience with HRIS software.
In-depth knowledge of HR strategies and practices, with a focus on compliance and best practices.
Proven experience in leadership, team management, and change management.
Ability to analyze data and trends to inform strategic decision-making.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
