Job Description:
The Data Policy Analyst- Enterprise Regulatory Reporting Governance role will be responsible for working work across diverse stakeholder base (Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting and Financial Regulatory Reporting enterprise leads, FLU/CF data and reporting teams, etc.
) to drive continued sustainability of policy adherenceKey responsibilities include:
Playing a key role with the on-going enhancement of processes, procedures, guidance, and training in support of FLU/CF adherence to the policyThis also includes the creation, publication, and thematic analysis of key regulatory reporting metrics (inclusive of KRIs, RALs, etc.
) Assisting in the build-out and evolution of quality assurance scripts/business requirements in partnership with the Enterprise Data Strategy, Governance, & Operations (EDSGO) centralized QA team Building a thorough understanding of the Company's common process framework and the EDSGO/Global Strategy & Enterprise Platforms (GSEP) consistent process policy framework Working with Enterprise and FLU/CF/LE Risk Owner teams to evolve internal processes with a lens towards operational excellence (includes:
process/procedure/guidance documentation, training materials and facilitation, etc.
) Engaging and providing guidance to FLU/CF/LEs in support of on-going EDSGO-led centralized quality assurance including observation/issue management to drive timely remediation of adherence gaps Required Skills:
Proven ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups, typically at a senior level in the company, partnering as a policy governance lead to communicate policy requirements, best practices and escalate issues Experience managing internal process/control requirements (SPI/POP/Common Processes) and working across stakeholders to ensure artifacts are of appropriate quality Experience with key Risk Framework fundamentals, risk management oversight/execution at an Enterprise and/or FLU/CF-level Proven ability to develop written materials (decks, briefing materials) used to organize and clearly communicate and memorialize key messages to stakeholders; metrics/scorecard development Desired Skills:
Experience participating in / driving Operational Excellence initiatives Internal and/or external reporting background/experience (data management, data architecture, data sourcing) Experience supporting large, complex regulatory reports / obligations Familiarity with key data management fundamentals (capture, transport, use) Previous Named Data Role experience preferred Skills:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
