Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the established guidelines, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and company policies to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure swift resolution.
Assist in maintaining accurate customer databases and records.
Uphold company values and standards while representing the organization in a professional manner at all times.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends, issues, and suggestions for improvement.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
