OTSI (Object Technology Solutions, Inc) has an immediate opening for an RF Network Engineer.RF Network Engineer (onsite)MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:
Prioritize and coordinate rollouts, break fix, and repair/replacement activities for RAN-related equipment.Handle work orders and compensation.Plan and follow up of quality assurances. Communicate planned and actual work completion to customer and internal team.SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Experience of RAN/RBS construction and deployment in Field (Critical). Knowledge, and experience, with Client RAN/RBS equipment is a plus. Academic degree, minimum of associates level, in engineering, construction, business (IT, Telecom) and/or with 5
years of experience in project coordination and construction management of wireless RAN equipment. Experience coordinating Crews in Field. Understanding of Man-Lift and Crane requirements. High self-motivation and organization is a must. Availability to adapt to complex schedules. Ability to understand Technical documents (RFDS, Construction Drawings, Structural Analysis). Experience with Site Inspections or Audits. Experience with Salesforce is a plus. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEThe job role is used for Wireless RAN and Transmission network deployment to include civil works, installation/repair of RAN-related equipment, to ensure customer expectations are met. Responsible for management of activities and personnel both from Client, Customer and Suppliers according to Client requirements and Customer contract. Budget responsible. Ensure work is executed within in the Project OHS requirements.
