Oversee the transition from a Managed Service Provider to an internal IT team, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT projects and initiatives that support business growth.
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of key IT systems and technologies, including EDI, Epicor Chempax, and Business Intelligence tools.
Manage IT budget, resources, and vendor relationships effectively to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation in compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Ensure the security, integrity, and reliability of IT infrastructure, data, and systems.
Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise on emerging technologies and industry trends.
