Network Engineer-CCNP Level - Charlotte, NC Hybrid - Onsite Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday. Remote Monday and Friday5 months with possible extension Skill Set:
Code upgrades Circuit upgrades and delivery Router/Switch Layer 2 and 3 troubleshooting Network protocals ie OSPF etc Configuration management Mostly Cisco and Juniper switching Competent in programming the following devices- Cisco IOS-XE- Cisco Cat 9k- Cisco ASR1k- Cisco 8500- Juniper JUNOS- MX240/MX480- EX4600- QFX Platform- Advanced routing protocol configuration and troubleshooting skills- BGP (iBGP/eBGP)- OSPF- Multi-area configurations- NSSA- complex configurations involving route filtering and route preference- MPLS (prefer but not a requirement)- IPSEC based VPN configurations- Code upgrade procedures and best practices- General skills- Visio- ServiceNow - Change management processes and CMDB- Management tools- Best practice in device configurations and standardization Additional Information All candidates are encouraged to apply, but many positions require a strict drug and background check by our customers. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
