Senior Pricing Analyst
Working hours - 8 am - 5 pm60% office, 40% remoteTop 3 skills Good understanding of Price Waterfall Analysis, must be able to work well with commercial team, and profitability analysis experience Software skills - pricing software implementation, must have advance excel skills, and Power BI experience Soft skills - demonstrated ability to facilitate collaborative solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary problems and articulate features and benefits to appropriate management audiences Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills Ability to adjust/react quickly to changes and changing priorities 9 person team but must be able to work independentlyMust be able to have good communication skills, will be talking to stakeholdersMust have college degree, preference for business degree or engineeringMap and document current processes, identify opportunities in automation to drive quicker decision makingDrive the implementation of the new pricing softwareEvaluate & summarize price tracking by channels and together withCommercial finance propose actionsDevelop management reporting on price, volume, mix and price waterfall for allCustomer channels to create visibility on issues and drive top line improvementAnalyze root causes and solve pricing problemsAd hoc profitability analysis of specific products and initiativesSupport the pricing set-up (price waterfall) for all products in the Electrolux product portfolio for each channel that is authorized to sell this set of products.
Support the implementation of an analytical pricing toolSupport the Integrated Business Planning processProvide regular pricing analysis to support monthly financial reportingMeet with all internal customers and sales teams face to face and promote company pricing strategy and governance as needed, maintaining a customer service attitude.
Provide pricing training to the organization when needed.
