__ You don't need a map to find your way around the VB-MAPP About the Job The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide oversight to our clinic-based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the daily delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) plans of care, as well as work in conjunction with the Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other licensed professionals on the Compleat KiDZ team.
Candidate should have excellent communication and documentation skills.
Requirements Pass a Background Check Holds certification from the BACB as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA.
) Strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills.
At least one year participating in an ABA program with supervision experience of RBTs.
