We are seeking a Data Analyst to support utilizing cutting-edge technology and various other tools to assess performance across diverse areas of the company.
This individual will focus on generating insights to guide strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate on intricate projects involving profitability analysis and the implementation of financial automation tools Design and uphold comprehensive performance reports and dashboards to track company KPIs Pursue ongoing development of technical proficiency, staying current with the latest technologies and versions in the field Offer guidance to cross-functional teams on enhancing reporting, dashboards, and analytics, ensuring alignment with best practices to deliver actionable business insights Streamline existing processes as necessary to optimize efficiency and effectiveness Develop and maintain detailed documentation outlining standard processes, available data/reporting resources, and training materials Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline Required business skills:
problem-solving/critical thinking; written/verbal communication (including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people); exceptional attention to detail; multi-tasking; organization/planning Required technical skills:
Intermediate Office 365; Power BI (or another data visualization tool); statistical analysis; data analysis (financial, transactional, process, digital); familiarity with at least one coding language (DAX preferred); basic relational data modeling (ETL tools, cardinality, schemas, fact vs dimension tables) Job Type:
