As the Coordinator, you will assist the Sr Manager and Director in the coordination of all aspects of events assigned to your role. You will be planning, communicating and executing the events assigned to you.Coordinate all aspects of the Limited Service events assigned:
stakeholder calls, contracting venue and activations, making payments, budget management, attendees communicationsInbox management:
Manage and coordinate of events' generic email inboxes, follow up with all requests for information within 24 hours of receiptInternal and Customer Event attendees registration:
upload, register, cancel, update status, report on attendees and update registration websites as requiredAccounting:
submit and maintain events expenses and billing per the department's policy. Assist with Full Service events workstreams as assignedContracting:
Prepare and handle the contract approval process of external vendor contracts for services utilizing Client's Standard Service agreement, entertainment agreement, and speaker's agreement.RFPs:
Prepare RFP's utilizing client's standard RFP document outlining specific services required.Communications:
creation of events' communications and PowerPointsBranding:
submit requests and uploading assets for all events' branding requirements to the different platforms.Reporting:
post event survey creation, reporting.Travel:
Attend industry and internal meetings as requested.
