Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to support the organizations goals and objectives.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and reports are prepared in accordance with GAAP.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure to optimize financial resources.
- Lead cost management initiatives to drive efficiency and profitability.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and support business development efforts.
- Provide guidance on fiscal management, risk management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and drive operational excellence.
- Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably as a Chief Financial Officer or similar position.
- Strong background in financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated expertise in cost management, business development, and market analysis.
- Knowledge of governmental accounting principles and practices is highly desirable.
- Experience overseeing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Excellent financial acumen with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team and influence stakeholders at all levels.
