Louise Missouri / Charlotte, North Carolina Technical Business Analyst (Telecommunication / Telco (IVR) Not looking for a functional candidate but a Technical resource Telecommunication / Telco (IVR) Business Analyst who has knowledge on the backend API's Knowledge of billing systems utilized by communications service providers, including understanding of telecom billing processes and workflows.
Comprehensive understanding of mobile products and services, with the ability to navigate and address challenges within the telecom industry.
Familiarity with ordering platforms seamlessly integrated with telecom billing systems, showcasing a holistic understanding of end-to-end processes.
Proficient in creating SQL queries, with the capability to extract and analyze data from billing systems for reporting and troubleshooting purposes.
Sound knowledge of the software development lifecycle, providing a foundation for collaboration with development teams and contributing insights into the billing system's continuous improvement.
