12 Months Required Skills & Experience 5
years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following:
work experience, training, military experience, or education.

years' experience working in technology with focus on ETL and data analysis.
Expert in SQL, data transformation, data quality and data mapping.
Experienced with coding language Python.
Experience with BI tools such as Alteryx, Power BI etc.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Thorough understanding of the design, development, and implementation of software solution.
Desired Skills & Experience 5
years of experience working with SQL (4 - 6 Years) Automation w/Python (1 - 2 Years) Banking/Finance (4 - 6 Years) Data Analysis (4 - 6 Years) Product knowledge in some or all the following areas (loans & leases, deposits, derivatives, securities, equity, capital etc.
).
Knowledge and understanding of regulatory and financial reporting:
Federal Reserve, OCC, SEC, etc.
Knowledge and understanding of corporate governance, financial reporting systems, legal entities, and role of regulatory authorities.
What You Will Be Doing Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams.
Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives.
Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives.
Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements.
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions.
Lead project or systems documentation and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables.
Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems.
Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams.
Support significant portions of the Axiom implementation and reporting modernization project.
Conduct data analysis and reporting in support of regulatory requirements.
Identify and recommend analysis of data quality or integrity issues.
Evaluate data quality metrics and data quality audits to benchmark the state of data quality.
Adhere to data governance standards and procedures.
Identify new data sources and develop recommendations for assessing the quality of new data.
Consult with and provide recommendations to senior management regarding assessments of the current state of data and metadata quality within area of assigned responsibility.
Represent client in cross-functional groups to develop companywide data governance strategies.
Partner with groups and various levels of seniority companywide to coordinate and drive collaboration on solution design and remediation execution.
