Responsibilities:
Configure and deploy VOIP phones on hosted service Experience working with Hosted VoiP providers Develop call routing plans with business partners and coordinate implementation Provides hands on service and solutions for call center moves, adds and changes.
Assist in the evaluation of existing call flows Provide end user training on system Assist in configuration of paging speakers Coordinates large deployments of phones and DID design.
Document and update telecom topology and configuration Provide support to end user community as required Work directly with Telecom vendors to escalate and resolve issues Skill Requirements:
2-4 years experience supporting telecom Customer Service able to personally provide a high level of interactive service to targeted customer base/market, building relationships and acting as internal company advocate.
Team Orientation & Interpersonal highly motivated, passionate and creative team-player with ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels within and external to the organization.
Communication able to effectively and persuasively express self verbally and in writing, using correct language and grammar in a professional, diplomatic and tactful manner.
Organization & Time Management able to work independently with minimal supervision, planning, scheduling and organizing a professional schedule to complete actions within established deadlines, handling multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
Project Management able to prepare a plan that achieves stated objectives, establish and meet project deadlines, modify plans to reflect changing priorities and successfully complete projects.
Adaptability to Change able to be flexible and supportive, react swiftly to and able to positively and proactively assimilate change in a rapid growth environment.
