We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our growing team and be part of building a BI and Analytics Data Ops culture.
As a Data Engineer, you will take on big data challenges in an agile way.
In this role, you will build data models to deliver insightful analytics while ensuring the highest standard in data integrity.
You will integrate different data sources, improve the efficiency, reliability, and latency of our data system, help automate data pipelines, and improve our data model and overall architecture.
In this role you will coordinate with business, source systems SME, ETL developers and Power BI developers to understand business needs and design the right data structures to enable the delivery of insight effectively and efficiently to our business partners.
Roles and
Responsibilities:
Identify data sources and work out a plan for data management that is aligned with organizational data strategy.
Integrate technical functionality to ensure data accessibility, accuracy, and security.
Maintain current and target data architectures at the enterprise and domain levels, and the recommended roadmaps to reach the targets.
Model current and proposed data environments to assess performance, reliability, and data integrity.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders for the smooth functioning of the enterprise data system.
Help identify and troubleshoot data quality issues with project and analytics teams.
Contribute to multiple projects/demands simultaneously.
Willing to work on SAP HANA, Salesforce, Snowflake, Azure and Talend.
Required Skillsets:
Ideally 3-5 years of Data Analysis, Data Engineering and or ETL development experience Understanding of dimensional and relational modeling Understanding of BI/DW development methodologies Experience for implementing and testing Data Models, working experience on ETL tools sucah TALEND.
Experience with Snowflake cloud data platform including but not limited to hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities like SnowSQL Good to have knowledge in Data warehouse system Snowflake Experience with Data Build Tools, Python/JavaScript or other scripting language Recommended Skills Agile Methodology Architecture Automation Big Data Build Tools Business Requirements Apply to this job.
