What You Will Be Doing Apply basic level of knowledge of the client's Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) processes as it pertains to how SHRP system of record links controls to risks, legal entities and MCR attribute data within an owning and/or dependent risk assessable unit (RAU).
Apply advanced technical skills of RCSA/Control Sharing Agreements (CSA) requirements in the CSA Module/SNOW.
Apply expert level of knowledge of what and when CSAs are required of an RAU and regularly provides in-depth insight, guidance, and subject matter expertise.
Collaborate and consult with Control Management team, control owners and other key internal stakeholders; proficiently advise others with clear communications both orally and in writing; select appropriate communication method and adjusts approach and message to meet the needs of the audience.
Demonstrate accountability by proficiently executing the CSA process with stakeholders with a focus on outcomes and value by applying critical thinking, data analysis to identify daily CSA priorities and deliver results; work with a sense of urgency to achieve daily goals.
Use comprehensive understanding of CSA guidelines to maintain compliance with enterprise RCSA/CSA requirements and resolves issues of non-compliance ensuring delivery of respective CIB and enterprise commitments and schedules.
Influence business stakeholders to identify necessary CSA changes, when needed, and holds them accountable for timely mitigation.
Implement CSA reporting processes and controls while evaluating and reporting results where necessary.
Provide support in the interpretation of guidelines and RCSA/CSA Control program to key stakeholders.
Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives.
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations.
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business.
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership.
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies, and procedures.
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners.
