Candidate needs to have work experience of checking patient eligibility for services.
Qualified candidate will communicate benefits to patient, enter data into computer program for patient charts, and charge data per service date as well as payments for co-pays and patient responsibility, communicate with the remote billing center via e-mail, greeting patients, taking phone calls, scheduling, receiving payments, entering data into the computer program, able to work with all types of patients and employees in a professional and pleasant manner.
Must be detail-oriented and accurate.
Able to multi-task.
