Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics Develop, implement, and monitor risk-based programs to identify, assess and mitigate any operational risk that arises from inadequate or ineffective controls Design and developing testing strategies, methodologies, and analyses for risks and controls Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of policies and internal controls Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business.
Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations Must Have:

years of process definition and documentation experience within a bank, lending firm or financial institution Root Cause Operational Risk Test execution
Experience:
QA Root Cause Tests, Compliance Tests, Risk & Controls testing.
Perform testing, detect errors, and identify solutions.
Following templates, test scripts, and procedures.
Complete risk mitigation and identify process improvements.
Implementing and following business process and risk procedures.
MS-office Intermediate excel NiceToHave:
Direct experience writing root cause tests and developing new ones with control and risk partners.
