Business Analyst (Level III)

ASAP Start Will work Hybrid schedule 3 days in office 2 days from home.
Needs to be in office Day 1.
Role Description:
This role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to the transformation of the organization in response to strategic, discretionary and mandated initiatives.
The key purpose of the role is to partner with Operations, Technology and the business to implement multiple and varied change initiatives providing a great opportunity for knowledge expansion and creating an extensive network of professional contacts.
The role will be as a Change Manager working in the GFIO Change team within Global Markets.
The change portfolio includes a mix of initiatives of varied scale, scope and complexity.
For some projects, the team manages the initiative from inception through to implementation; for others, the team is accountable for just part of the project life cycle (such as production of a business case and requirements or co-ordination of user acceptance testing) feeding into a larger program of work.
Responsibilities include:
oManaging all aspects of the lifecycle:
o Problem analysis and definition o Developing project schedules and milestones o Identifying and managing project risks and issues o Developing and implementing testing strategies o Co-ordinating activities across all stakeholder groups o Maintaining and publishing project documentation in line with Enterprise Change Standards o Communication to stakeholder groups reporting on progress against plan, RAIDS and budget utilization (via working groups, governance etc.
) o Conducting post-implementation reviews in order to draw out lessons learnt and ensure benefit realization o Participating in the continuous improvement of change management processes and quality standards Requirements:
oSignificant experience working in Global Market Operations oTrade control experience would be advantageous oStrong stakeholder management and business partnering skills with individuals across the organization oStrong verbal and written communication skills oAbility to priorities work and meet deadlines oExperience with Agile methodologies advantageous oDesire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment oStrong organizational and time management skills oInquisitive mind-set with a strong desire for process improvement Other

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
