Job Description:
Summary of PositionThe Market Trust Executive (MTE) oversees the expansion of fiduciary business for high net worth clients.
The MTE serves as the market's chief fiduciary officer.
Responsibilities include business development planning, retention and expansion of existing business, as well as risk and compliance oversight of fiduciary policy rules and regulations.
The MTE also partners with Wealth Strategists on complex planning and next generation strategies.
MTEs partner closely with the ME and other leaders in the market, to deliver on strategic growth priorities, in addition to supporting the Client Management Process (CMP) to deliver a Branded Client Experience (BCE).
The MTE is expected to reinforce a culture of responsible growth, proactive risk management and delivering the enterprise through business integration.
The MTE reports to the Market Executive, overseeing a team of Trust Officers and/or Portfolio Mangers.
Based on the needs in the division, the MTE may also support additional markets.

Monitors fiduciary risk metrics and ensure timely, accurate completion of all administrative reviews, control partner requests and data remediation Reviews account fees to ensure robust pricing discipline Ensures all new business fits within the fiduciary product/service set aligned to the proper channel and falls within established risk appetite Accountable for sign-off on all Fiduciary approvals Supports design and execution of nationally offered fiduciary training Risk Management:
Ensures all fiduciary standards and Private Bank/regulatory compliance and risk policies are understood, align with our risk framework and are consistently applied within the market Partners with national Fiduciary Solutions team on pending fiduciary litigation & account changes to minimize risk exposure & ensure consistent issue resolution Escalates key risk and fiduciary issues to ensure timely and effective resolution Represents field trust leadership in governance committees, as designated Drives Responsible Growth in the Market:
Supports market routines, including CMP execution and BCE adoption to deliver the enterprise Executes against Private Bank strategy, key national fiduciary initiatives and priorities tailored to local market dynamic and competitor footprint Establishes strong relationships with key clients, prospects, COIs and business partners Talent Management:
Recruits, hires, develops and retains talent Participates with leadership team on comp and resource decisioning Collaborates with market leadership and key partners to support employee development and diversity & inclusion Shift:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
