Join us!Business DescriptionThe Consumer and Small Business Credit Risk Data, Reporting, Operations, and Governance team has a mission to deliver sustainable, repeatable, and controlled credit risk data and reporting that meets the content needs of our business partners.
The focus of the team is primarily on Consumer and Small Business products such as Credit Cards, Home Loans, Consumer Vehicle Lending, Deposits, and Small Business products.
The team also supports Credit Risk Platform (CRP) Retail View and Accounting view operations including reports that focus on Top of House results.
In addition, the team leads Governance activities across Enterprise Credit Risk (ECR) and Global Banking and International Risk (GBI) to help sustain quality data and reporting processes.
This team is part of the Credit Risk Information, Strategy, and Allowance (CRISA) team.
This role is an opportunity for a talented and motivated professional to interact with a broad spectrum of stakeholders within Risk and other lines of business.
The nature of the work will both challenge the technically oriented person, while stimulating the creative side through process development, operational efficiency, and other projects requested by stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to communicate and interact with stakeholders in order to ensure requirements are being met.
Job Description SummaryManages a group of risk data analysts that are responsible for delivering information to stakeholders based on requirements provided.
Usage of information may be within the Consumer and Small Business Credit Risk Data, Reporting, Operations, and Governance team, within the Credit Risk Information, Strategy, and Allowance (CRISA) team, or on teams outside of CRISA.
This role has oversight of analysts to ensure processes are completed as required, governance requirements are met, and efficiency opportunities are found and implemented.
In addition, manage overall data strategy that supports the reporting teams within the Consumer and Small Business Credit Risk Data, Reporting, Operations, and Governance team.
The candidate's responsibilities include (but not limited to):
oDesign, develop, and implement comprehensive data strategy that supports reporting team.
oDeliver repeatable, sustainable, and controlled processes incorporating associate capacity management and cross training.
oLead Top of House operations and reporting that deliver financial results within CRISA and to other business partners.
oEnsure adherence to all data and reporting standards outlined by Enterprise Data Management (EDM) or internal governance requirements.
Ensure controls are in place across all processes to deliver reports that are fit for use.
Lead engagement during audits or other compliance reviews.
oOversight of Credit Risk Platform (CRP) Retail Distribution, Retail View, and the Retail components of the Accounting ViewoOversight of Consumer Post Approval Review (CPAR) data delivery and developmentRequired/Desired:
