Financial Analyst - PILOT

Experis IT (a ManpowerGroup company) has partnered with a leading financial services organization.
The job location is in Charlotte, NC for a contract Financial Analyst to assist their team.
We require candidates who are willing to provide their last 5 years of W2 records (The client will conduct a thorough background check upon hire).
The candidates must be local and W2 only; no third-party candidates will be accepted at this time.

Responsibilities:
Annual Planning and Business Cases:
Drive annual planning routines with Supply Chain Management (SCM) leadership and finance.
Develop business cases, understanding expenses, and providing forecasts for each sub-project.
Present new forecasts for review and approval.
Meet with internal business leaders to make recommended finance adjustments.
Financial Management:
Provide input on BAU financials and forecasts, including monthly variances, headcount, etc.
Ensure on-budget spending, proactively manage and communicate trending in collaboration with finance partners.
Headcount Tracking:
Manage and track SCM Head Count, including associated forecasts and occupancy support.
Maintain and submit tracking tools for new/current FTEs in a centralized tracking tool.
Business Support:
Support team leads in successful planning and delivery of strategic leadership routines and initiatives.
Own SCM CAO business management deliverables and executive leadership routines.
Drive completion of ad-hoc requests from executive management and business partners.
Employee Engagement and Development:
Lead efforts around employee engagement survey action planning.
Support engagement strategy for SCM, including newsletters, learning webinars, DEI activities, town hall meetings, and professional development.
Communication and SharePoint Management:
Enhance end-user experience for the SharePoint site for SCM.
Proactively manage content on the site.
Identify potential risks when implementing change and develop mitigation strategies and plans.
Process Improvement and Transformation:
Execute on identified transformational opportunities for business management process improvement.
Determine and drive appropriate strategies and actions for multiple business groups to meet moderately to highly complex deliverables.
Qualifications:
Experience as a finance analyst/consultant within a financial institution.
Previous experience facilitating and organizing large meetings using MS Teams and Live Events platforms.
Corporate event experience.
SharePoint Online development experience.
Experience leading employee survey action planning.
Proficient in reporting systems such as Tableau and Power BI.
Expert in PowerPoint, capable of creating impactful decks.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
Ability to collaborate across teams in a highly matrixed environment.
Project management experience.
Ability to lead in a matrixed environment.
Able to synthesize complex information into easy-to-understand data points for various audiences.
Proven ability to interact and communicate successfully with executive leadership at all levels of the organization.
Interview Process:
1-2 rounds with RTM and additional team members.
Note:
5-7 years of experience in financial analysis.
Functional title:
Financial Analyst.
Emphasis on finance in this role.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with senior leaders.

Broad horizontal experience across the organization required.
Required Technical Skills:
Excel:
Advanced (Pivot tables, VLookups).
Advanced in PowerPoint presentations.
Tableau reporting.
Familiarity with tracking tools (some internal to WF, can be taught).
