Financial Analyst

5-7 years of experience in financial analysis -Functional and useful title may be Financial Analyst -Finance is the focus within this role as opposed to some past sourcing efforts on this team -Be able to communicate and offer input with Senior Leaders -Self managed -Broad horizontal experience across an organization in order to put pieces together to get things done Required technical skills -Excel-Advanced-Pivot tables-VLookups -Advanced in PowerPoint Presentations -Tableau reporting -Tracking tools (some of these are internal to WF which can be taught but a familiarity with tracking tools is desired) In this role, you will do the following in coordination with the SCM Finance Consultant partner/SCM Business Management Leaders:
o Drive annual planning routines with Supply Chain Management leadership and finance.
o Development of Business Cases - understanding expenses and providing forecast for each sub-project o Present new forecast for review and approval o Meet with internal business leaders as necessary to make recommended finance adjustments.
o Provide input requested regarding BAU financials and forecast (monthly variances, head count, etc.
) o Ensure on budget with spending and understand and proactively manage and communicate trending in collaboration with finance partners.
o Manage and track of Supply Chain Management Head Count as well as associated forecast (includes occupancy support - space identification for team members) o Maintain and submit tracking tool for new/current FTE's and any new FTE requests in centralized tracking tool.
Additional responsibilities will include:
o Provide support for the team leads in successful planning and delivery of strategic leadership routines and initiatives.
o Duties including but not limited to:
ownership of SCM CAO business management deliverables and SCM executive leadership routines e.
g.
; Townhalls, Offsites, skip level meetings, monthly business management calendars, weekly/monthly/quarterly leadership routines, business unit reviews, and business management metric data.
o Drive the completion of ad-hoc requests from executive management and business partners o Lead efforts around employee engagement survey action planning o Support the engagement strategy for Supply Chain Management, including newsletters, learning webinars, DEI activities, town hall meetings and professional development o Lead enhancements to the end user experience for the SharePoint site for Supply Chain Management, including a proactive approach to content management on the site o Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans o Execute on identified transformational opportunities for Business Management process improvement o Determine and drive appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables o Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for business management Desired Quals- o Experience as a finance analyst/consultant within a financial institution firm o Previous experience facilitating and organizing large meetings utilizing MS Teams and Live Events platforms.
o Experience events in a corporate setting o Experience with SharePoint Online development o Experience leading efforts around employee survey action planning o Experience with reporting systems such as Tableau and Power BI o Expert in Power Point; able to create impactful decks o Proficient in MS Word, Excel and SharePoint o Ability to collaborate across teams and in a highly matrixed environment o Experience in managing projects o Ability to lead in a matrixed environment o Able to synthesize large volumes of complex information into easy to understand data points based on the intended audience o Proven ability to interact and communicate successfully with executive leadership at all levels of the organization.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
