POSITION SUMMARY The Development Coordinator is responsible for timely and effective donor stewardship across multiple levels; supporting partner, grant and individual giving needs; managing the administrative processes for the Partnerships & Development team and developing recommendations to automate and streamline tasks to ensure the overall attainment of the fund development goals of the organization.

Partnerships Support the Development team with partner stewardship, effectively fulfilling the strategic partner retention plan.
Provide ideas and plans for the stewardship of National Partners and Corporate Sponsors, creating unique and memorable touchpoints throughout the year.
Support the creation of National, Corporate, and prospective Partner reports and decks, including partner specific data, testimonials, and imagery.
Oversee and set the agenda for cross-departmental monthly meetings to ensure effective annual planning and execution of partner specific digital marketing, including social media recognition, monthly newsletters, promotions and campaigns.
Collaborate with the communications team to analyze and externally share the performance of partner promotions and develop data-informed ideas to engage Girls on the Run audience.
Assist with organization-wide development team communications, including the weekly council e-newsletter and monthly GOTR newsletter.
Assist with National Partner involvement at the Girls on the Run Summit; supporting efforts to secure and cultivate Summit sponsors and providing a positive expo Lead and execute development team updates and resources on all applicable platforms including SharePoint sites, Classy, RunSignUp, and Amazon Business.
Create partner specific data reports including matching councils to key partner regions, 5K data and any other data required by the partner.
Council Support Serve as key liaison between councils and National Partners and Corporate Sponsors, managing agreements and partner benefits with councils.
Ensure successful local and national outcomes by creating and helping to execute meaningful activation ideas.
Manage the adidas/Amazon discount footwear program for councils.
Lead the development of biannual partner updates for councils.
Serve as key staff liaison for councils, providing timely and effective communication, including but not limited to all Development Team weekly e-newsletter submissions, partner requests, pass-through funding, and in-kind partner donations.
Provide superior council support and timely responses and serve as the GOTRI/council liaison for fund distribution communications.
General Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the department as needed.
Work independently as well as a part of a cross-functional team.
Develop and nurture positive and productive relationships with national and corporate partners.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years prior experience in non-profit development, organizing or administering fundraising efforts, account management, and/or project management.
Highly driven and proactive, with the ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks and projects at a time and deliver within deadlines.
Attention to detail, project management skills, and being highly organized a must.
Interest and desire to grow as an impactful development professional.
Proficient in the use of various MS Office programs, specifically Excel and PowerPoint; as well as Microsoft products like Forms and ability to use various databases.
Experience with Classy and/or Salesforce a plus.
Ability to build relationships with internal and external constituents and leverage those relationships to cultivate additional opportunities.
Strong customer service skills with excellent follow-up and follow-through.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
