We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our dental sleep health team! Responsibilities:
Using a checklist and daily tasks to track responsibilities Answer and respond to VOIP calls, texts voicemails and emails Plan and schedule patient appointments and send patient forms Draft SOAP Letters and cooperate with the Billing Insurance Team Work with the Doctor to send exam and treatment bill-outs to our Insurance team Position
Qualifications:
Dental or medical office work
Experience:
cross trained experience (clinical and administrative) is #1 for this position Qualities of a Good Fit for This Position:
