We're seeking a qualified and resourceful generalist to support our department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.

Primary Responsibilities Payroll processing Support all aspects of the hiring process including preparation of onboarding documentation to deliver an exceptional first-day experience for each new employee Supporting an open-door policy by assisting employees with HR and benefit related questions Assist in the maintenance of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development.
Assist with creating new policies and procedures for improving employee experience as well as increasing efficiency of HR department Work with HR Director and Compliance Director to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations and applicable employment laws.
Assist in updating policies and procedures as necessary Other duties as assigned by manager Required skills and qualifications 3 - 5 years in a professional environment or HR department Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high standard of ethics, discretion, confidentiality Commitment to consistency Aptitude for problem-solving Ability to learn new technical systems as necessary Strong attention to detail Understanding of and willingness to learn about state and federal laws and regulations related to employment This position is a full-time, hourly position with overtime required as needed.
Business hours are Monday - Thursday 8:
00 AM - 5:
00P M and Friday 8:
00 AM - 3:
30 PM.
Compensation and Benefits Financial - hourly pay, with an annual target salary of $54k - $65k, based on skill and experience, and a profit-sharing target of 10% of total compensation.
Profit sharing is based upon the company's financial performance and individual contribution to company success.
Competitive benefits package - Health and life insurance, dental, vision, critical illness, short and long-term disability, 401(k) with generous employer contribution of 6% of total compensation (3% Safe Harbor, and 3% profit sharing).
Company contributes to your 401(k) even if you don't.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
