Summary:
Monitor monthly transactional volumes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
Work with Distributors to obtain missing data volumes, correct data feed discrepancies, and act as the primary point of contact for data-related issues.
Qualifications:
Daily application of statistical trend analysis Customer/Stakeholder focused with excellent follow-up to resolution skills.
Strong collaborator and communicator (via email, phone, video conferencing), able to work cross-functionally to solve problems.
Organized, extremely detail-oriented, and analytical in nature.
Experience with repetitive data driven and master data processes.
Advanced Excel (Lookups, Pivot Tables, Formulas) skills Completion of Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Relevant college coursework accepted in lieu of experience.
Responsibilities:
Analyze gaps in distributor spend volumes across various granularities and POV's to ensure the complete ongoing collection of over $25 billion in annual spend data across the U.
S.
and Canada As the main data relationship owner with Distribution Partners, perform triage for all data feed needs between various teams.
Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the variables that may influence overall DC/Customer spend trends, including customer purchase habits, seasonality, holidays, special events, current affairs, and other relevant factors.
Close missing data gaps based on various analyses related to distributor reporting, Distributor Customer Number (DCN), and User Interface interactions.
Display sense of urgency when dealing with critical and time sensitive EDI failures.
Work towards becoming a subject matter expert on issues relating to EDI Data Feeds, Distributor Hierarchy, eVIA, DCN's and internal systems.
Facilitate ongoing weekly phone calls with priority distribution partners.
Resolve customer challenges, routine requests, and concerns.
Provide baseline request support to the Account Management team.
Ensure timely data collection via the Committed Member DET and AP Recon data collections processes.
Navigate Supply Chain system to resolve discrepancies related to EDI Invoices:
Invoice Numbers, Dates, Amounts Provide DCN Mapping support at request of Financial Analyst Continuously seek to improve trend analysis processes through the application of the latest data analysis tools.
Train new analysts on role basics Spend most of the day navigating Excel worksheets and the system interfaces to accomplish and facilitate tasks.
