The ConsumerDirect Interaction organization is responsible to offer meaningful interactionscreating value to our consumers through all the channels and touchpoints.
Weorganize ourselves with a cross-functional mindset, around the consumer, whichincludes the functions D2C ecommerce, D2C Supply Chain, Contact Center,Service, Ownership Solutions and Marketing.

We are on the lookout for a visionary leaderto take on the mantle of Operations Director for our CDI team.
You will beresponsible for overseeing the entirety of operations for D2C, working withcross-functional leaders and their executional teams.
With the ambitious growth goals ofElectrolux, this position is needed to orchestrate the disparate resources,both in and outside the organization, to enable growing D2C sales.
This role will be leader within theorganization and rely heavily on shared KPI's and peer influence in order tosuccessfully drive the operational needs of D2C.
What you'll do:
Drive cross-functional operations team, including Sales Operations, Final Mile, Consumer Engagement Center (CEC), Continuous Improvement, Treasury, amongst others, to best support D2C business.
Develop D2C operational KPIs, dashboards and rhythms of reporting and analysis for constant optimization.
Work closely with and guide the D2C Sales team to ensure forecasted demand matches capability and availability of products at RDC-level.
Partner with CDI Sales and Operations team to ensure consumables and accessories (C&A) are aligned, connected and available within the D2C ecosystem.
Determine necessary processes and tools to systemically address post-purchase issues (e.
g.
delivery).
Guide and support Final Mile team with necessary D2C requirements, data and insights to increase delivery NPS score and expand coverage throughout US and CA.
Collaborate with Canadian team to develop necessary capabilities and processes to enable D2C, providing expert guidance based on experience and US rollout.
Support the necessary financial alignment and processes of D2C business with financial teams.
Assist in operational development aspects of the 3P Marketplace business initiation and growth.
Qualificationsrequired:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field required, MBA preferred.
Minimum 5-7 years of related business experience Financial analysis experience including, sales trends analysis.
