Qualifications:
4 years of experience in Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, Fraud, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery, or Corruption, or equivalent experience through work, training, military, or education.
Responsibilities:
Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives within the functional area, contributing to large-scale planning.
Investigate and report complex financial crimes transactions and policy violations.
Evaluate financial crimes strategies, policies, and internal controls, recommending improvements.
Conduct investigative research and detailed examinations to detect suspicious activities.
Act as an escalation point for complex cases and resolve moderately complex issues.
Lead a team, mentor less experienced staff, and develop training programs.
Liaison in legal matters and collaborate with peers and managers to achieve goals.
Recommended Skills Finance Internal Controls Leadership Operational Risk Networking Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
